At SHIIMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and unworn with all tags and labels attached. If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Please check out How to submit a return request page.

For international orders, please initiate returns by contacting us directly at hello@shiima.com.au. Kindly note that you will be responsible for the cost of international standard postage.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item, please submit a return as described above. Once we received the returned item, then we can help you with a refund or placing a new order.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a store credit will be automatically emailed to you.
